Resistance Power Bands
Use the band to perform a variety of exercises that work all of your muscle groups: shoulders, hips, arms, back, chest and legs.
Can also be used to add additional resistance to your free weights or to provide support in your pull-ups, ring dips, chin-up.
Two resistance levels of your choice:
Red
15 - 35lbs /
Purple
35 - 85lbs.
