How to register as a seller?

If you want to sell products in Qoo10, then you can simply start your own business by registering Seller Account in www.Qoo10.in.
If you are a member of Qoo10 already, please click here and move to seller registration page.

When registering as a seller, you need purchase 10,000 Qcash (equivalent to $100.00) which is mandatory in order to complete the seller account registration.

After registering, please kindly login QSM (Qoo10 Sales Manager) – http://qsm.qoo10.in with the registered seller account.
Upload your bank account / ID information to get an approval from the team in charge after registering on QSM.
If only you provide (upload) the required documents accordingly, then the relevant team will review the documents and will update the status within 2-3 working days.
Once the documents are approved by the relevant team, then you will be able to list & sell your products in Qoo10.

※ What is Qcash?
Qcash is used for listing items for special promotion services : Group Buy, Time Sale, Daily Deals, Plus Listing, etc. for sellers only.
Sellers can purchase Qcash by credit card, cash, or other payment method which is available.

Note : Cancellations or refunds of purchased Qcash ARE NOT allowed with Qcash in any case.
And Qcash cannot be transferred from one to another country site even though the seller account is same.

How and when are my settlements withdrawn into my personal account?

You can withdraw settle amount in Q-account into your personal account in QSM ▶ settlement ▶ seller Qaccount.
Withdrawal date depends on account type and withdrawal requesting time as below.

You can request withdrawal freely at any time you want.

※ All transaction will be done on working day. If expected deposit date is weekend or holiday, it will be done on next working day.

The status still show 'Required Documents Not Submitted' on QSM

If you are not settled within 3 days and you still see Please wait for approval on QSM after seller register, please check the submitted documents.
All the information for NRIC (your name, date of birth and picture) and bank statement(bank name, account number and beneficiary name)
need to be all visible and documents must be under same name in order for us to approve you as a seller.

What is the Premium List and how is it used?

Premium list is an advertisement method to put your items stand out among so many items in the search result list.
This service makes the display rank of your items elevated a little higher in the search result list along with red premium icon.
so that they can attract the customer’s attention more visually and effectively.
You can apply for this service at the time of listing items in QSM and you need Q-cash as per the display duration.
(1 day: 500 Q-cash / 2 days: 1,000 Q-cash / 7 days: 3,000 Q-cash / 2 week: 5,000 Q-cash / 1 month: 8,000 Q-cash)

Need help from Qoo10 customer center

Qoo10 official communication channel is Qpost, the sellers are obliged installation and use Qpost.

Please inquiry to help Qoo10 use via Qpost accordingly also available to upload Excel/PDF/image file as well.

How to seller’s inquiry via Qpost?

1. Please log in Qpost

2. Click on top of main screen menu “inquiry to Qoo10 help” will show pop-up page for inquiry
If you're having trouble with a specific order no., please click [Search] button and specify order no.

3. Complete inquiry following the steps and submit the click on [Send]

4. Check reply from Qoo10 at Inquiry & Message ▶ My inquiry to Qoo10 menu.

How and when are my sales settled?

Total transaction amount includes item selling price, option price and shipping rate (Discounts are not included).

Settle amount means the balance after the service fee is deducted from the total transaction amount.

It is deposited into your Q-account based on the item’s delivered date and seller grade as below.

You can check the expected settlement date in QSM> settlement as well for each cart number.
