Please follow the steps below: 1. Please take picture of the products immediately after opened the parcel. 2. Please message us and attach the picture indicating your order number and reason to return (only faulty item can be returned, we will not entertain for change of mind or place wrong order by the buyer). 3. Please post the item to our warehouse address (we will advise you when you message us). It is important to choose a traceable mode of postage as we are unable to process your return if we didn't receive the item. Buyer will need to absorb the cost of post the item to us. 4. Please message and us and provide us with your tracking number to trace the parcel. 5. Once received, we will mail out the item using registered mail absorb the cost mailing out the replacement item. We will update the buyer and provide them with tracking number to trace the parcel status. |
