    If there is no order made in your Shopping list after the amount has been deducted, that means the payment failed to go through. It is a failed transaction.

    We deeply regret this has happened to you. It's not the experience we wish to create for any of our customers.

    The reason for such failed payments is that your UPI, Credit or debit card company consider the transactions are under authentication process. However, the actual payment has not being made since it is a failed transaction although you can see the deduction at the moment.

    Please note that the failed payment transactions are going through the procedure of cancellation process, so it will take a while for the payment company( UPI or Credit Card) to verify the amount back.

    Since we did not receive any payment, the bank will automatically wait for the payment to expire and release the funds back to the customers.

    The period of which the funds to be reimbursed will depend on the payment. Please allow some time around 7 working days to get the amount refund complete.
